1. Shipping Areas
 We currently deliver to all states within the USA.
- If you are outside our delivery areas, please contact us at hello@cheffully.com to inquire about special arrangements or future availability.

2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods and Times
We offer the following shipping guidelines:- 

- Free Shipping: Estimated 5-8 business days
- Standard Delivery: Estimated 3-5 business days
- Express Delivery: Estimated 1-2 business days
- Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on location and unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, the total weight of your order, and the selected shipping method.
- We offer free standard shipping on orders over $65.

5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the delivery status.
- Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Delivery Issues
- Missed Delivery: If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave your item or leave a notification with instructions on how to retrieve your order.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Cheffully is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly and notify us at hello@cheffully.com so we can assist as much as possible.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 24 hours at hello@cheffully.com for assistance.

7. Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. For any changes to the shipping address after your order has been placed, contact us immediately at hello@cheffully.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications once the order has been processed.

8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping outside of the USA. Stay tuned for updates as we expand our delivery areas.

9. Shipping Delays
- Cheffully is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or factors outside our control, such as weather conditions or customs processing.
- We will notify you of any significant delays in shipping your order.
